For custom bobbleheads, we allow free exchanges within 24 hours of ordering. After this time, your order will be subject to an additional fee of $12, as a small portion of the production will need to be re-engraved.

Headwear, small body decorations such as books, glasses, hats, bouquets, and small items are free of charge. We only charge for larger accessories, such as chairs, guitars, various pets, etc. For large accessories, you can send an email with pictures to inquire about the cost.

If you regret your purchase, changes/cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, after which the doll may already be in production.
